We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst for our client downtown Montreal.

Learn and understand the lines of business and major customers’ service needs;

Gather and analyze systems and integration requirements;

Drive consensus on requirements between internal and external parties;

Identify and recommend solutions on how requirements can be met;

Perform business analysis and write business requirements, functional specifications, data conversion documents, test plans, and training material;

Work closely with Development team to provide guidance, explain business requirements, context, and design to be implemented;

Execute test plans and data integrity checks to ensure that solutions meet requirements;

Manage project plans, scope, timelines, milestones and issues;

Perform process automation via scripting, macros, database queries;

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Fluency in English. French is a strong asset;

Initiative, taking ownership of tasks, and completing tasks with minimal supervision;

Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve critical issues as they arise; 

Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications;

General understanding of TCP/IP and networking;

Programming knowledge a plus;

Database knowledge a plus

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Information Systems (IS) or Information Technology (IT);

Bachelor's degree in a related field is a strong asset;

Experience performing business analysis and producing implementation plans;

Experience with network management, ticketing, inventory, provisioning, CRM, and other OSS systems a definite plus;
