We are looking for SQL Sybase Developer for our financial client located downtown Montreal. You will be responsible for maintaining a suite of applications geared towards client documentation system. The application implements the following using Java, C++, C#, Sybase, and shell utilities.  

   

- Strong Database skills with understanding of SQL and relational databases 

- Experience in sql optimization 

- Experience in working on Sybase databases, creation of stored proc, triggers other database objects 

- Java software development experience with knowledge about multithreading 

- Strong collaboration and communication skills 

- Strong analytical and debugging skills 

- Knowledge about QA, Change Management tools 

- Knowledge/Understanding about SOA (service oriented architecture) 

- Self Starter and Team Player  

   

- Understanding of Business Rules Engine JRules/Drules 

- Understanding of Erwin other data modeling tools 

- Understanding of sybase replication
