Description:

Our client, a fully integrated marketing company is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst for its team in Montreal. He/she will be responsible for the generation and analysis of data reports that will present the call center performance and activity, and help identify trends, issues that may impact productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly call center reports
• Analyze call center reports with end users ranging from supervisors to executive management
• Develop new reports and data extracts, publish in multiple formats
• Develop ad-hoc reports as required
• Identify the cause of errors and implement solutions to prevent from recurring
• Identify and fix errors in data

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science
• 2 years of Call Center experience (Inbound/Outbound)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL server 2000/2005
• 2+ years experience with database query and reporting tools
• Experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Integration Services (SSIS)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of data validation
• Strong customer relationship, organizational and analytical skills

Assets:

• Knowledge of .NET Framework preferred
• C# or VB.NET
