Description:
Requirements / Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor Work queues to ensure SLA’s are met. Track issues and status in Firm tracking tool.
- Identify invalid requests and work with the requestor to understand existing process and procedures
- Monitor work queues and email for user questions, re-route questions to appropriate parties
- Maintain department wide documentation and procedures
- Participate in report reviews and escalate any anomalies according to procedure
- Identifying efficiency opportunities
- Participate in Business Continuity tests
- Occasional Travel may be required
- Heavy client interaction
- On Call required
Skills Desired
- College degree or 4 years of on Job experience.
- Understanding of security administration concepts and technologies. Mainframe experience helpful but not necessary
- Financial Services experiences preferred
- Capable of working independently with limited oversight
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be a team player and foster a team first environment and culture
- Motivated self starter with a passion for learning
